Please read these terms before using the TecNest app or website.
TecNest provides doorstep laptop and desktop repair, Wi-Fi setup, data recovery, PC cleaning, and software installation services in Hyderabad and Secunderabad, India, connecting customers with independent technicians through our app and website.
By creating an account, booking a service, or using the TecNest app or website, you agree to these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, our Refund & Cancellation Policy, and, where a service is booked, the Customer Service Agreement shown at the time of booking.
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding agreement to create an account and book services.
When you book a service, a technician is assigned to visit your provided address. Actual visit and completion times are estimates and not guaranteed. Specific service conditions — including the inspection charge, quotation approval process, and data backup responsibility — are set out in the Customer Service Agreement you accept at the time of booking.
Prices shown in the app are estimates for the selected service; the final price may change based on the technician's inspection and any parts or additional work required, and will always require your approval before chargeable repair work proceeds. Payments are processed securely through PhonePe.
Cancellation eligibility and refund handling are set out in our Refund & Cancellation Policy, available in the app and on our website.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at admin@tecnest.in if you suspect unauthorized use.
Technicians providing services through TecNest are required to complete our onboarding process. TecNest facilitates the connection between customers and technicians; specific service terms, warranties, and liability for the repair itself are governed by the Customer Service Agreement accepted for each booking.
You agree not to misuse the app — including providing false information, attempting to circumvent payment, or engaging in abusive behavior toward technicians or staff. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, TecNest's liability for any claim relating to the app or a booked service is limited to the amount paid for that specific booking. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable Indian law.
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hyderabad, Telangana.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
